Vinaigrette – Spanish Pepper Orange

Vinaigrette on fire This one could use a kick in the pants. This (at Pineut) famous saying inspired us to create this French classic with a Spanish twist. The combination of chili pepper, chili flakes, onion, and garlic sounds fiery, but it's 'cooled down' by refreshing orange. The result: a vinaigrette that goes like a rocket. Delicious over salad, fish, or as a base for spicy oven-baked shrimp. Chill the cervezas. How to make it? Measure olive oil and white wine vinegar in a measuring cup. Add a teaspoon of honey to the mixture. Shake the bottle well and let it sit for at least 1 week. After 1 week, the vinaigrette is ready, no need to filter. Serving tip Give it a good shake and drizzle over a green salad, shrimp, or roasted vegetables.
